At Ruffleon, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality faith-inspired apparel. Because our products are made-to-order (custom printed specifically for you), we handle returns and refunds with care:

1. REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS
We gladly offer a FREE replacement or a full refund within 30 days of delivery if your item:
- Arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.
- Is significantly different from the product description or preview.
- Is the wrong design, size, or color due to our error.

To request a replacement or refund, please send an email to info@ruffleon.com with your Order Number and clear photos of the issue. Our support team will resolve it within 24-48 business hours.

2. CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS
Since orders go into production quickly, you may request changes or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After 12 hours, the order is forwarded to our printing facility and cannot be modified.

3. SIZING ISSUES
Please carefully consult our Size Chart before ordering. As custom-printed garments, we cannot accept returns for ordering the wrong size, but please contact us at info@ruffleon.com and we will do our best to find a favorable solution.
